Remember, we are starting this company with no employees and no money. But that doesn’t mean you can’t get paid! How does it work?
We don’t have people who work for us, only people who work with us and each other. We are here to help you find others like you and build relationships, trust, projects and Blue Ocean innovation products.
Opportunities
We need help generating revenue and use innovation to create opportunities where we both benefit and share the successes and failures. Your ability to earn with us is directly proportional to how well you do. This isn’t rocket science, but it does require developing a trust relationship. Interested? Join our YouTube Content creators and share the monetization revenue. We share monetization revenue on a 70 / 30 basis, 70% to you, 30% to us per video. And in case you are wondering, our 30% goes to funding contest prizes, capital improvements and overhead.
Create artwork. It’s your unique creation and you own the copyright. Every time we sell or use your artwork you earn a percentage of the revenue. If you create artwork, designs, content and products, you own the intellectual property rights to your own creations. If we are able to help you sell your creations through our company, we split the revenue 70% to you, 30% to us. You work with our Merch managers to determine your earnings on each item.
Merch Managers. We need people on every continent to manage Paxenergie Merch sales. Earth has about 200 countries and a bazillion different languages. Our merch must not only communicate in native tongues but also be culturally sensitive and responsible. In addition to working with us we encourage you to create your own marketing channels. If you sell our Paxenergie stuff through your channels, we keep 70% , you earn a 30% commission.
Project Mangers. We have a list of projects envisioned over several years. Many are at the concept stage, several have started. You can propose one of your one!

Project Team Members
Joining a team does require completing a simple form and being approved by the existing team members. Don’t let this scare you away, we need you! Once you are accepted there is a $9 USD monthly project member fee that pays for project server space and your personal, Paxenergie email account. If this is a major financial burden, you can check a box on your application and your future teammates will try to help. Click here to join a team.
