Paxenergie is not a company, its a family. Our priorities are simple:
In America we are called a partnership. Our legal system was created by brilliant people who designed it to be adversarial, so we are also an “LLC”, or limited Liability Corporation.
And taxes. Did you know Americans only started paying Federal income taxes in 1913? So we are also an American “Sub Chapter S Corporation”, which means our immediate family members, who are co-owners of Paxenergie, are limited to 100 people.
We currently have nine partners and are excited about you becoming a part of our extended, blended family. Our immediate family is open to new member / partners anywhere on Earth, and the Moon and Mars in the not so distant future. All partners play an active role in the areas that really motivate them. So come with your dreams for the future, but also come with your boots on, ready to work.
Beyond our immediate family we are creating connected family groups. We call them “Project Teams”. Our goal is to foster creativity and innovation worldwide, with each project team starting with the goal to become an independent company owned by the team members themselves. Your team may choose to bring in others, that’s up to you, subject to our approval.
Currently, there are no employees or “outside” passive investors, but they may join your team in the future. That depends on how successful we are in joining together to build better, brighter futures.
Paxenergie is about family first. Better food and nutrition for our children, and our children’s children. Plenty of clean water and affordable energy. Better communities living in peace without the threat of war.
